SLI 3580 - Advanced American Sign Language for Interpreters


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: An advanced American Sign Language (ASL) course designed for interpreters for the Deaf. Focus will be on natural use of language and grammatical features while reviewing sentence structure, register, prosodic features and boundary markers.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following majors: Sign Language Interpreter, Sign Language Interpreting.
