SCM 7870 - Supply Chain Project Management & Transformation

Course Description: Planning, organizing and control or transformation projects in supply chains. Strategic role of supply chain projects, types and appropriate planning methods for supply chain projects, risk management, value considerations, project scheduling and resource management. This course has a fee that is non-refundable once the term begins.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Logist Mgmt–Supply Chain - MS.
