PTX 7500 - Research Techniques

Course Description: Practical laboratory experiences in commonly used biological techniques including DNA purification and manipulation, protein expression and analysis, and the classical pharmacological techniques of mediating receptor binding. Designed to give hands-on experience along with a short weekly lecture providing background on the theory behind the topic.
