PLS 6380 - Environmental Law & Policy

Course Description: Examines environmental law and policy and reviews the statutory framework pertaining to environmental impact statements, the regulation of air and water pollution, the disposal and cleanup of toxic wastes, and workplace safety.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
