NUR 7802 - Primary Care of Adults Credit Hour(s): 5
Course Description: Provides the nurse practitioner with knowledge and skills needed to deliver primary health care to young adults, adults, and older adults through senescence in multiple settings. Emphasizes the application of problem identification and management, health promotion, and client & family counseling. Supervised lab and clinical experiences provide the opportunity to apply classroom and core content.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level NUR 7102 Minimum Grade of C and NUR 7103 Minimum Grade of C and NUR 7104 Minimum Grade of C.
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Nursing - MS.
