NUR 7201 - Common Acute and Emergent Adult Health Problems I Credit Hour(s): 8
Course Description: Focus is on complex symptom management related to acute and emergent physiological alterations in renal, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and integumentary function, along with multisystem disorders. Health promotion, health maintenance and health restoration are emphasized, along with risk assessment and prevention strategies. The pharmacological management of complex symptomatology and advanced role development are integrated into the course.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level NUR 7003 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7102 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7103 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7104 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7105 Minimum Grade of C
