MIL 3022 - Applied Team Leadership Lab

Course Description: Prepares cadet for six-week summer Leadership Development and Assessment Course. Cadet is required to lead squads of 9-12 in battle drills and patrolling in this cadet-led and cadre-supervised lab. Mandatory weekly two-hour leadership lab, three weekly physical fitness classes and weekend training exercises.
