Course Description: Overview of human resource (HR) functions and policies, including environment of HR (including legal), recruiting and selection of employees, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relationship.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MGT 3100 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 7 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040)
Enrollment Restrictions: May not be enrolled as the following classifications: Freshman. Must be enrolled in one of the following degrees: BS in Business.
