HEA 9240 - Infusing Systems Thinking into Higher Education Organizations

Course Description: Introduction to administrative, organizational, and leadership theory and practice in the two-year and four-year college and university. Participants explore historical, current, and future plans for administration in higher education.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate level HEA 9200 Minimum Grade of B
