FR 4930 - Déjà vu: Americanization of French Films

Course Description: This course will examine the Americanization of selected French language films as a powerful tool for cross-cultural comparison. Film pairs analyzed may include Breathless and À Bout de souffle, Les Visiteurs and Just Visiting, La Femme infidèle and Unfaithful,etc. Taught in French. Integrated Writing course. Department Managed Prerequisite(s): (Undergraduate level FR 3210 Minimum Grade of D or Undergraduate level FR 3220 Minimum Grade of D)
