EES 3160 - Stratigraphy and Sedimentology

Course Description: Clastic and carbonate sedimentary rocks, their mineralogy, texture, provenance, and classification. Principles, rules, and geologic and geophysical correlation techniques. Fluid flow sediment transport and deposition, sedimentary structures, and depositional environments.
