EE 7080 - Advanced Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS)

Course Description: Classical and advanced micro-sensing and actulation methods. Analytical and finite element methods utilized in investigating MEMS with computed results compared to published experimental data findings. Topics covered include bio-MEMs and microfluidics.
