EDS 6010 - Identification and Characteristics of Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: Examines the psychological, physiological, social and educational characteristics of individuals with classic autism, pervasive developmental delay, Rett syndrome, Asperger’s syndrome and childhood disintegrative disorder, including prevalence, diagnosis, underlying characteristics and strengths of these individuals.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
