ED 4060 - Reading and Literacy I: Background and Foundations

Course Description: Candidates will learn to use a range of literacy assessment instruments to assess student reading and writing performance and to determine best practices and interventions in order to meet student needs.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level ED 2700 Minimum Grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Intervention Specialist - BSED, Interventional Specialist-Lic, Middle Childhood - Lic, Middle Childhood Ed - BSED.
