EC 7250 - Economic, Social and Ecological Systems Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Economies as subsystems of social systems and ecosystems. Karl Polanyi’s and Douglass North’s analyses of institutions and feedbacks between economy and culture. Human ecology and ecological economics perspectives on feedbacks between economy and ecology.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level MBA 5200 Minimum Grade of C or (Undergraduate level EC 2040 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level EC 2050 Minimum Grade of D)
