EC 4460 - Gender and Economic Policy in International Comparison

Course Description: Overview of feminist analysis of economic policy in developing and developed nations. Topics include valuing women’s unpaid work, gender bias in public spending, tax policy, property rights, population policy, and regulation of advertising.

Prerequisite(s): (Undergraduate level EC 2040 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level EC 2050 Minimum Grade of D) or Undergraduate level EC 2000 Minimum Grade of D
