BMS 7110 - Biomedical Signals Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Study of techniques for the analysis of signals and systems, with a particular emphasis on the use of mathematical tools for analysis of medical imaging systems and data. Time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of continuous-time and discrete-time signals, sampling theory, 2D FFT, Fourier Slice Theorem, Radon transform, Hilbert transform.
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Biomedical Sciences - PHD.
