BIO 6480 - Advanced Cell Techniques


Credit Hour(s): 4

Course Description: Analysis of cellular proteins will be the major focus. Students will have first-hand experience manipulating human cells in culture, extracting cellular proteins, transfecting cells, and performing immunoblotting and immunofluorescence techniques.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate level BMS 7780 Minimum Grade of C or Graduate level BIO 6460 Minimum Grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
