BIO 4480 - Advanced Cell Techniques

Course Description: Analysis of cellular proteins. Hands-on experience manipulating human cells in culture, extracting cellular proteins, transfecting cells, and performing immunoblotting and immunofluorescence techniques.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level BIO 4460 Minimum Grade of C
