The focus is on synthesis of theory and implementation of the role of the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Experiences emphasize clinical decision-making in an inter-professional environment with focus on the acute care practitioner as a principal provider of care for patients with acute or emergent health problems.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level NUR 7001 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7202 Minimum Grade of C
