BIO 6480 - Advanced Cell Techniques

Analysis of cellular proteins will be the major focus. Students will have first-hand experience manipulating human cells in culture, extracting cellular proteins, transfecting cells, and performing immunoblotting and immunofluorescence techniques.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level BIO 7400 Minimum Grade of D or Graduate level BMS 7780 Minimum Grade of D or Graduate level BIO 6460 Minimum Grade of D
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
