NUR 7103 - Applied Pharmacology and Therapeutics for Advanced Practice Across the Lifespan

Focuses on prescriptive knowledge of pharmacologic agents used in treatment of common primary health care problems, stable chronic disease states and acute care diseases across the lifespan. Emphasis on indications, mechanisms of action, drug interactions, side effects, and client education.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level NUR 7102 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level NUR 7104 Minimum Grade of C
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Nursing - MS, Nursing - MS, Post Masters Family NP - Cert, Post Masters Family NP - Cert, Post Masters PNP-Acute - Cert, Post Masters PNP-Acute - Cert, Post Masters PNP-Primary-Cert, Post Masters PNP-Primary-Cert.
