ISE 3540 - Introduction to Computation for ISE

Introduction to the development of automated data analysis tools built on existing user-interface and computational models, specifically the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language in the Microsoft Excel environment. Applications of linear programming, discrete event simulation, and operations research methods in decision support roles are discussed.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MTH 2350 Minimum Grade of D
Enrollment Restrictions: May not be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: Intending Egr & CS, Pre_Degree. Must be enrolled in one of the following Colleges: College of Egr & Computer Sci.
