PSY 3030 - Research Methods in Psychology I & II



Credit Hour(s): 5
An accelerated course combining significant content from the two-course series on research methods in psychology (PSY3010 and PSY3020). Designed for students whose interest and aptitude for statistics and research methodology are above average and would benefit from more challenging instruction.  In this course you will be introduced to the basics of psychological research methods, experimentation, data analysis, and writing in American Psychological Association (APA) style.  There is an embedded laboratory associated with this class in which you will get experience using methods to analyze data.  Integrated Writing course.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level STT 1600 Minimum Grade of B or Undergraduate level STT 2640 Minimum Grade of B
